Salad with vegetables and Italian dressing

Ingredients

238g O'Plant burger 200g Durum penne pasta Zlato polje 50g Sugar corn 200g Chopped tomatoes 200g Chickpea 50g Cucumbers

by taste salt

by taste Black ground pepper to taste Chopped parsley leaf

Dressing

20g Italian dressing

200ml water

100ml olive oil

30ml apple cider vinegar

10g Pasta onion

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1.4kg

Place the burger on parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Cut the cucumbers and burgers into cubes, rinse and drain the chickpeas. In a deeper bowl, place the burger, corn, chopped tomato, cooked pasta, chickpeas, and pickles.

In another bowl, mix the Italian dressing with water, then add olive oil, vinegar, and onion paste, and stir everything well. Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta with the other ingredients, mix to taste, add salt, pepper, and place in the refrigerator.
