Salad with asparagus and prosciutto

Ingredients

200g fresh asparagus

100g prosciutto

50 ml olive oil

25g Pasta luk 10g Pasta garlic

100ml white wine

400ml cooking cream

to taste motherwort

300g Pasta noodles with spinach

to taste Dried parsley leaves

to taste white pepper

to taste salt

to taste parmesan

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1.4kg

Clean the asparagus, tear it into smaller pieces, and briefly boil in salted water. Cut the prosciutto into strips.

In a pan, heat olive oil, add prosciutto and asparagus, onion and garlic paste, and wine. Sauté briefly, then add cooking cream and thyme, and let it come to a boil.

Add the cooked pasta to the prepared sauce, add pepper, and sprinkle with parsley. Top with parmesan.

Tip

Instead of prosciutto, you can use pancetta for preparing the dish.
