Salad with tuna, vegetables, and grated porridge

Ingredients

200g Grated pasta Gold Field 200g Tuna pieces in vegetable oil

100g green peppers

100g red peppers

100g fresh cucumber

100g leek

100g tomatoes

10ml olive oil

50ml apple cider vinegar

to taste chives

20g Italian dressing

to taste Chopped parsley leaves

by taste salt

by taste Ground black pepper

Weight for 4 portions – 1.4kg

Wash the rice and cook it in salted water for 6 minutes.

Rinse the cucumbers under cold water and drain. Cut the peppers and cucumbers into cubes, the leek into strips, and halve the cherry tomatoes.

In a bowl, add water, olive oil, vinegar, chives, and Italian dressing, then whisk together. Next, add the mash, bell pepper, cucumbers, tomato, leek, and tuna, and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then chill.

Tip

For preparing the salad, you can use fish fillets instead of tuna, roasted or cooked meat.
