Salad with shrimps, fresh cheese, and avocado

Ingredients

300 g shrimp

50 ml white wine

By taste Vegeta Natur mediterranean 200 g Durum snail pasta

150 g cherry tomatoes

100 g purple onion

120 g green peppers

60 g black olives

100 ml olive oil

50 ml apple cider vinegar

100 g young cheese

100 g avocado

By taste salt

By taste Ground black pepper

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1,4 kg

Sauté the shrimp in a pan with a little olive oil, add white wine, and season with Vegeta natur Mediterranean.

Add shrimp, cherry tomatoes, red onion, green pepper, and olives to the cooked pasta. Then add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper, and mix everything together.

Finally, add the cheese and diced avocado.

Tip

Instead of shrimp, you can use fish fillets, roasted or boiled meat.
