Salad with sausages, vegetables, and French dressing

Ingredients

150 g Durum wheat fusilli

300 g sausages

100 g green fresh peppers

100 g red fresh peppers

100 g mini yellow tomatoes

100 g fresh cucumbers

100 g leek

25 g Pasta Onion

100 ml olive oil

50 ml apple cider vinegar

To taste chives

To taste Dried parsley

To taste salt

To taste Ground black pepper 40 g French dressing

200 ml water

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1,4 kg

Briefly boil the sausages and cut them. Slice the leek into strips, dice the pepper and cucumber, and cut the tomato in half.

In a bowl, combine the pasta, onion, mustard, olive oil, vinegar, water, French dressing, chives, and parsley, and mix everything well.

Add to that leek, pepper, cucumbers and mix everything together, then add the cooked pasta and hot dogs. Place in a glass bowl and garnish with yellow tomatoes.

Tip

Instead of sausages, you can use semi-dry sausages of your choice.
