Chicken and vegetable salad with noodles

Ingredients

400 g chicken breasts

By taste salt

By taste Ground black pepper By taste Ground turmeric To taste Vegeta Fine blend 150 g Long fidelini pasta

150 g leek

100 g celery root

100 g fennel

100 g carrots

150 g red peppers

20 g Italian dressing

100 ml olive oil

30 ml apple cider vinegar

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1,4 kg

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, turmeric, and Vegeta, then fry it in a pan. Once cooled, cut it into strips.

Cut the vegetables into strips and sauté each according to its firmness in a pan.

In another bowl, dissolve the Italian dressing in water, add olive oil, vinegar, and marjoram, and mix everything well.

Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta with vegetables and mix, adding salt and pepper to taste, then chill.

Tip

Serve as a cold appetizer or a standalone cold meal.
