Salad with tuna, vegetables, and grated porridge

Ingredients

200 g Grated pasta 200 g Tuna pieces

100 g green peppers

100 g red peppers

100 g fresh cucumber

100 g leek

100 g tomatoes

10 ml olive oil

50 ml apple cider vinegar

To taste chives

20 g Italian dressing To taste Dried parsley

By taste salt

By taste Ground black pepper

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1,4 kg

Wash the rice and cook it in salted water for 6 minutes.

Rinse the cucumbers under cold water and drain. Cut the peppers and cucumbers into cubes, the leek into strips, and halve the cherry tomatoes.

In a bowl, add water, olive oil, vinegar, chives, and Italian dressing, then whisk together. Next, add the mash, bell pepper, cucumbers, tomato, leek, and tuna, and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then chill.

Tip

For preparing the salad, you can use fish fillets instead of tuna, roasted or cooked meat.
