200g Durum wheat penne200g fresh tomatoes
150g fresh yellow peppers
200g leek
100g mayonnaise

Weight for 4 portions – 1.4kg
Cook the broccoli, then remove it and place it in an ice bath.
Mix the yogurt dressing, herbal drink, and curry with a whisk, then let it sit for about 5 minutes.
In a bowl, add the pasta, diced tomato, bell pepper, leek, and dressing, then mix well.
Serve on a plate, add broccoli florets on top, and sprinkle with parsley.
