500 g avocado
250 g tomatoes
120 g onion
80 ml lime juice
120 ml olive oil
250 g Apricot compote 400 g Tuna chunks On request Ground black pepperPreparation steps

Finely chop the avocado, tomato, and onion, then season them and drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.

Mix and layer at the bottom of the mold. Add diced apricots from the compote and layer pieces of tuna on top of them.

Cover with a thin layer of lime zest and drizzle with olive oil.

Serving in a mold is not necessary.
