Salad with sausages, vegetables, and French dressing

Ingredients

150g Fusilli pasta

300g horseradish

100g green fresh peppers

100g red fresh peppers

100g mini yellow tomatoes

100g fresh cucumbers

100g leek

25g Pasta onion

100ml olive oil

50ml apple cider vinegar

to taste chives

to taste Chopped parsley leaf

to taste sol

to taste Ground black pepper 40g French dressing

200ml water

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1.4kg

Briefly boil the sausages and cut them. Slice the leek into strips, dice the pepper and cucumber, and cut the tomato in half.

In a bowl, combine the pasta, onion, mustard, olive oil, vinegar, water, French dressing, chives, and parsley, and mix everything well. Then add the leeks, bell pepper, cucumbers, mix everything again, and add the cooked pasta and sausages. Place in a glass dish and garnish with yellow tomatoes.

Tip

Instead of hot dogs, you can use semi-dry sausages of your choice.
