Chicken and vegetable salad with noodles

Ingredients

400g Chicken breasts

by taste salt

by taste Ground black pepper by taste Turmeric to taste Vegeta Fine blend 150g Long fidelini pasta

150g leek

100g celery root

100g fennel

100g carrots

150g red peppers

20g Italian dressing

100ml olive oil

30ml apple cider vinegar

Weight for 4 portions – 1.4kg

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, turmeric, and Vegeta, then fry it in a pan. Once cooled, cut it into strips.

Cut the vegetables into strips and sauté each according to its firmness in a pan.

In another bowl, dissolve the Italian dressing in water, add olive oil, vinegar, and marjoram, and mix everything well. Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta with vegetables and mix, adding salt and pepper to taste, then chill.

Tip

Serve as a cold appetizer or a standalone cold meal.
