Salad with ground meat and yogurt dressing

Ingredients

400 g ground meat

By taste Vegeta Sweet chili 30 g Yogurt dressing

200 ml milk

200 g Ketchup

100 g red onion

100 g red peppers

200 g tomato

250 g Red beans 100 g Sweet corn To taste Dried parsley 200 g Durum wheat snail past

By taste salt

By taste Ground black pepper

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1,6 kg

In a pan, sauté the ground meat, add Vegeta Sweet Chili, water, and simmer until the water evaporates.

Mix the yogurt dressing with cold milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Let the mixture cool and then place it in a bowl, add dressing, ketchup, chopped onion, pepper, tomato, beans, corn, salt, and pepper, and mix everything together.

Finally, add the cooked pasta and gently mix.
