Shakshuka with the taste of smoke

Ingredients

45ml olive oil

200g onion

400g green peppers

400g red peppers

1g salt

0.5g Ground black pepper

2g ground coriander

2g Granulated garlic 10g Sweet peppers

1g ground cumin

5g Vegeta Smoked 0.5g Vegeta Sweet Chilli 800g Aromatic pizza sauce 200g Tomato puree

200g egg

2g fresh parsley

1g fresh chives

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1,76 kg

Sauté onions and peppers in olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, ground coriander, garlic, sweet paprika, cumin, Vegeta Smoked, and Sweet chili.

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Pizza sauce aromatic and crushed tomatoes, cover, and simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens and the vegetables soften.

Make indentations in the sauce and crack an egg into each one.

Cover and poach the eggs over medium-low heat until the whites are set and the yolks remain soft.

Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and chives.

Tip

For extra flavor, lightly rub the toasted bread with garlic before serving.
