In a pan, sauté the sliced zucchini on both sides, season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, place the cooked pasta, zucchini, and tomato.
In another container, mix the Italian dressing with water, add olive oil, vinegar, basil paste, and garlic, and stir everything well.
Pour the prepared dressing into the bowl with the pasta and zucchini and mix.
