Shepherd's stew with potatoes, peas, and onion

Ingredients

700 g Chobanac

400 g potato

150 g Peas 150 g Carrot cubes 150 g Chickpea

20 g fresh parsley

1 g chili peppers

3 g soli

1.5 g Ground black pepper

Weight for 4 portions – 1.6 kg

In a pot, heat the stew, then add the cooked potatoes and carrots. Add the peas and chickpeas and continue cooking for another 5 to 10 minutes.

At the end of cooking, stir in fresh parsley and add a little ground chili pepper if desired.

Tip

Adding a drizzle of pepper or chili oil can give the guest the option of a spicier bite.

Serving

You can put the sour cream in a separate bowl.
