Meatballs in sauce with pasta

Ingredients

600 g Meatballs 250 ml Tomato sauce 200 g Chopped tomatoes

30 ml olive oil

300 g tagliatelle

Parmesan ribs

Fresh basil leaves

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1.4 kg

In a pot, heat olive oil, add tomato sauce and chopped tomatoes, and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add the meatballs with a little juice from the packaging and simmer for another 8 to 10 minutes.

If necessary, dilute the sauce with 2 to 3 tablespoons of pasta cooking water, and season with salt and pepper.

Tip

Finally, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves or parmesan.

Serving

For the finger food variant, you can serve in small bowls or cups (1 ball + puree + reduction).
