Tomato soup with coconut

Ingredients

15 ml olive oil

50 g luka

10 g garlic

500 ml Tomato sauce 500 ml Vegetable soups

5 g dried basil

15 g sugar

400 ml coconut milk

2 g Vegeta Sweet chilli

2 g salt

0,5 g Ground black pepper

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1,5 kg

Sauté the onion in olive oil until it softens, then add the garlic and sauté briefly.

Pour in the tomato sauce and vegetable broth, then add basil and sugar. Cook for 15 minutes over medium-low heat.

Stir in the coconut milk and Vegeta Sweet Chilli and cook for another 5 minutes without a strong boil.

Blend with an immersion blender or in a blender until smooth, then season with salt and pepper.

Tip

Adjust the intensity of spiciness by adding Vegeta Sweet Chilli.
