100 g Viennese cake mix60 g egg
15 ml oil
16 ml water
5 g Rum sugar50 ml coffee
Tiramisu cream
50g Tiramisu cream150ml milk

Biscuit
Mix all the ingredients for the sponge cake for 6 minutes. Line a baking pan with parchment paper, pour in the sponge mixture, and bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C. Shape the cooled sponge, soak it, and flavor it with coffee to which you have added rum sugar.
Tiramisu cream
Put the milk and tiramisu cream powder into a bowl, mix for 6 minutes. Put the prepared cream into a pastry bag and layer it on the sponge cake.
Arrangement
On the biscuit, place the tiramisu cream, and decorate with a chocolate bar and cocoa powder.
Tip
For an even quicker dessert, you can use ladyfingers.
