Pulled pork mac&cheese

Ingredients

400 g Pulled pork 300 g Durum snail 30 g Cheese dough

180 g onion

Weight for 4 portions – 1.4 kg

Heat the pulled pork in a bag and let it sit for 15 minutes to allow the juices to soak into the meat for a juicier result.

Mix the cheese sauce with the appropriate volume of lukewarm water and bring it to a boil. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Once the sauce is ready, add the cooked snails and mix well.

Cut the zucchini into thin rounds, dust with flour, and fry in oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a paper towel.

On a plate, serve the pasta and then add pulled pork and fried onions on top.
