The meat is lightly seasoned with natural spice blends, dominated by the taste and aroma of smoked paprika and mustard with a hint of the Orient.
Due to slow cooking at low temperatures, the meat becomes very tender and easily flakes apart. This allows the meat to be enjoyed in a texture that is ideal for sandwiches, tacos, salads, or as a main dish.

Preparation instructions: Place the unopened bag in a convection oven at 100 °C (with steam) and heat for 30 minutes. After heating, open and serve.
