Mac&cheese, fried onion and bacon

Ingredients

500g snail pasta Zlato polje

50g Four types of cheese fantasy

80g Podravka bacon

80g young onions

3g soli

6g fresh chives

For the desired amount of sauce, weigh a specific quantity of sauce concentrate, add it to the appropriate volume of lukewarm water, stir, and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.

When the cheese sauce is ready, add the cooked snails. Stir well to coat the pasta with the sauce.

In a pan, sauté the bacon that you previously diced, add the young onion and fry on low heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the bacon and onion over the pasta and garnish with chives.

Tip

Tip: For a stronger flavor, add more dry concentrate.
