200 g Golden field of mixed grains
30 ml olive oil
8 g fresh chopped parsley
0.3 g ground chili pepper

Weight for 4 portions – 1.4 kg
Cook the grain mixture according to the instructions on the package and drain.
In a pot, heat the beans with the hamburger, add olive oil, herbs, and chili.
Stir in the grain mixture and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes to let the flavors meld. Finally, add fresh parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Tip
For a crispy contrast, you can add some toasted seeds or nuts.
