100g Onion paste 10g Garlic paste 400g Aromatic pizza sauce 10g Vegeta Fine blend5g salt
3g Ground black pepper100g yellow patison
500g potato
80g Ribanac cheese
Preparation steps
Weight for 4 portions – 1 kg
Sauté the onion and garlic paste in olive oil. Then add the Pizza aromatic sauce and spices, and cook for a few minutes. In a dish, place part of the sauce, then the cooked gnocchi, followed by the remaining sauce. Top with sliced yellow zucchini. Add grated cheese on the surface.
Bake the prepared dish in the oven for about 10 minutes at 220 °C.
Tip
For a better balance of flavors, you can add sugar to the sauce.
