20 g olive oil
100 g Onion paste 10 g Garlic paste 400 g Aromatic pizza sauce 10 g Vegeta Fine blend5 g salt
3 g Ground black pepper100 g yellow patison
500 g potato
80 g Ribanac cheese
Preparation steps
Weight for 4 portions – 1 kg
Sauté the onion and garlic paste in olive oil. Then add the Pizza aromatic sauce and spices, and cook for a few minutes.
In a dish, place part of the sauce, then the cooked gnocchi, followed by the remaining sauce. Top with sliced yellow zucchini. Add grated cheese on the surface.
Bake the prepared dish in the oven for about 10 minutes at 220 °C.
Tip
For a better balance of flavors, you can add sugar to the sauce.
