Ingredients
250g cherry tomatoes
200g mozzarella
100g cheddar cheese
30ml olive oil
1g Used origano3g salt
by taste Ground black pepper20g fresh chives
Preparation steps
Weight for 4 portions – 2 kg
Sauté cherry tomatoes in olive oil for 3 to 4 minutes, add aromatic pizza sauce and oregano, and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the cooked snails and add a little of the cooking water if needed.
Season with salt and pepper, add half of the mozzarella and cheddar, then transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 200 °C. Finish with fresh chives.
Tip
To achieve a more intense color, add sweet paprika, roasted red pepper, and turmeric, along with a few drops of olive oil before serving.
