700ml Tomato sauce500g potato
Preparation steps
Weight for 4 portions – 1200 g
In a bowl, mix the ground meat, chopped onion, granulated garlic, parsley, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt, pepper, Vegeta, and add a little mineral water to make the mixture juicier. Mix everything well, shape into balls, and then gently flatten them.
Roll the meatballs in flour, fry them in oil on all sides, and set them aside. In the same pan, pour in the prosecco and deglaze the bottom to release all the flavors. Then add the tomato sauce and a little water. Season to taste, then return the meatballs to the sauce and simmer on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with sweet potato puree.
Tip
If desired, you can use meat broth to further enrich the flavor of the sauce.
Serving
You can also serve it with pasta, rice, gnocchi, or puree made from root vegetables.
