100g Viennese cake mixture60g egg
15ml oil
16ml water
5g Rum sugar50ml espresso coffee
Tiramisu cream
50g Tiramisu cream150ml milk

Biscuit
Mix all the ingredients for the sponge for 6 minutes. Line the mold with parchment paper, pour in the sponge mixture, and bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C. Shape the cooled sponge, soak it, and flavor it with coffee to which you have added rum and sugar.
Tiramisu cream
In a bowl, add the milk and tiramisu cream powder and mix for about 6 minutes. Place the prepared cream in a pastry bag and layer it on the biscuit.
Arrangement
On the biscuit, place the tiramisu cream, and decorate with a chocolate bar and cocoa powder.

Tip: For an even quicker dessert, you can use ladyfingers.
