Ingredients

800 g Beans with ground beef 250 g Durum snail

30 ml olive oil

8 g fresh chopped parsley

5 g Vegete Smoked

Weight for 4 portions – 1.2 kg

In a pot, heat the beans with the hamburger, add Vegeta Smoked, and briefly simmer to develop the aroma.

Stir in the cooked snails and gently drizzle with olive oil.

Tip

If you love the “cheesy” version, serve it with a little grated Parmesan or Pecorino.

Serving

Several pieces of crispy baked pancetta can provide a contrast in texture.
