Rich salad with barley

Ingredients

2 pcs O’Plant burger 20 g Vegetable Natur pasta leek 10 g Vegeta Natur garlic pasta

80 g Podravka Sweet Corn

400 g cooked barley porridge 200 g Chickpea 80 g Cucumbers

100 ml olive oil

50 ml apple cider vinegar

To taste Vegeta Maestro sea salt

To taste Ground black pepper To taste Chopped parsley leaf 5 g Vegeta Natur Mediterranean

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1.3 kg

Place the burgers on oiled parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 °C or cook them on a non-stick pan.

Dice the chilled burgers and cucumbers, and rinse and drain the chickpeas.

In a deep bowl, place the burgers, corn, chopped tomatoes, cooked barley, chickpeas, and pickles, then season with pepper, salt, Vegeta Natur Mediterranean, parsley, vinegar, and oil.

Mix everything together and place it in the cold.

Tip

You can prepare the salad with pumpkin oil. Serve it as a cold appetizer or as a main vegan dish.
