This autumn, Podravka is coming to two GourMetro locations:

Practical demonstrations and tastings of Pulled Pork at Jankomir will be led by Podravka’s chefs Branko Takač and Ivan Bobinac.
During this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to learn modern techniques for preparing pulled pork, try new combinations of spices and sauces, and find out how Pulled Pork can enhance menus in various types of hospitality establishments.
