Tomato ragù

Ingredients

400g lentils

300g Spaghetti no. 7

20g olive oil

100g onion

50g carrots

20g Garlic paste 10g Basil paste 300g tomato puree

20g salt

5g Ground black pepper 10g Vegeta Sweet Chili

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1kg

Sauté the onion in oil, then add the garlic and basil paste.

Then add the crushed tomatoes and spices and cook for about 10 minutes.

Drain the lentils and add them to the sauce, then cook for a short while longer to let the flavors meld.

Cook the spaghetti and drain them.
