Savory muffins with tomato

Ingredients

100g Corn flour 130g Fine white wheat flour 5g Baking powder

150g egg

300ml yogurt

100g Classic pizza sauce

70g melted cheese

180g ABC heese

20g salt

Preparation steps

Weight for 12 portions – 1,5 kg

In one bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, and in another bowl, combine all the wet ingredients.

Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix everything together with a whisk.

Fill the molds with the mixture up to 2/3 of their height and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 °C.

Decorate the muffins with ABC cheese as desired.

Tip

You can serve muffins for breakfast or as a snack.
