Place the burgers on oiled parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 °C or cook them on a non-stick pan.
Dice the chilled burgers and cucumbers, and rinse and drain the chickpeas.
In a deep bowl, place the burgers, corn, chopped tomatoes, cooked barley, chickpeas, and pickles, then season with pepper, salt, Vegeta Natur Mediterranean, parsley, vinegar, and oil.
Mix everything together and place it in the cold.
Tip
You can prepare the salad with pumpkin oil. Serve it as a cold appetizer or as a main vegan dish.
