Mediterranean stew of chicken, beans, and tomatoes

Ingredients

800 g Chicken Paprikash

300 g fava bean

200 ml Aromatic pizza sauce 6 g Finely ground vegetable seasoning

Olive oil

5 g basil

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1.4 kg

In a pot, heat a little olive oil, add the chicken stew, and briefly bring to a boil.

Stir in the tomato sauce and continue to cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add the cleaned broad beans and sprinkle with a little finely ground Vegeta. Cook until the beans soften, about 10 minutes.

Add fresh basil at the end for aroma.

Tip

You can add a drizzle of olive oil or a bit of grated cheese (e.g., pecorino or parmesan) on top for an extra layer of flavor.

Serving

Add fresh basil leaves just before serving to preserve their aroma.
