Preparation steps

Heat the fillets in a pot with the addition of dark sauce, tomato sauce, and vinegar. Cook for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish, sprinkle with grated Paški cheese, and drizzle with olive oil.
Gratin in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 °C, until the cheese melts and gets a golden crust.
Tip
For the finger food variant, you can serve it in small bowls or cups (a few pieces of fillet + sauce + baked cheese).
Serving
For an elegant presentation, you can place a crispy parmesan or Pag cheese grissini stuck in the middle.
