Cream slice on a plate

Ingredients

Base

100 g layered dough

Cream for cream slices

20 g Cream for cream slices

50 ml water

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 0,36 kg

Base

Roll out the puff pastry and bake for 10 minutes at 200 °C. Let it cool and then shape it.

Cream for cream slices

Mix the cream puff powder with cold water and shape it using a spoon.

Arrangement

In the dish, place the puff pastry, the cream, and then another layer of puff pastry. Garnish the dessert with fresh strawberries.

Tip

You can add whipped cream to the dessert.

Serving

Serve strawberries or some other seasonal fruit.
