Cookies with peanut butter

Ingredients

60 g brown sugar

150 g Lino Lada Peanut Butter Crunchy

100 ml Zob herbal drink 120 g Oat drink

50 g almonds in flakes

50 g Cooking and eating chocolate 10 g Vanilla sugar 12 g Baking powder

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 480 g

Roughly chop the cooking chocolate, add sugar, peanut butter, plant-based drink, flour, almonds, vanilla sugar, baking powder, salt, and knead the dough.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut it according to your desired shapes. Place the resulting shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 13 minutes.

Tip

Instead of almonds, you can use hazelnuts, walnuts, or a combination of both.
Suitable for vegans.
