Barley with vegetables and ham

Ingredients

250 g Barley porridge

200 g Royal mix Podravka (frozen mixed vegetables)

100 g Turkey Ham Podravka

100 g carrot

100 g leek

10 g Vegeta Natur garlic pasta

50 ml oil

50 g Broccoli cream soup

2 pcs Vegeta Maestro Bay Leaves

To taste salt and pepper

Preparation steps

Weight for 40 portions – 2 kg

Wash the barley and cook it in salted water to which you have added a bay leaf.

Slice the leek into thin strips; grate the carrot; cut the ham into cubes or strips.

Sauté the leeks in fat, add the carrots and sauté while adding water. Then add the ham, garlic paste, pour in water, and add broccoli cream soup, stirring everything until it comes to a boil.

Cook the mixed vegetables and add them to the sauce. Mix the cooked barley with the sauce, season as needed, and serve.

Tip

You can prepare it without ham as a vegetarian dish.

You can also use other Podravka cream soups.
