Bao buns with pulled beef

Ingredients

400 g Pulled beef 200 g Sliced mushrooms 5 g Garlic paste

30 ml sojinog umaka

150 g red cabbage

100 g carrot sticks

20 g Spicy Zik Zaka

8 pcs bun pastry

200 g Sliced mushrooms

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1.2 kg

In a pan, heat the oil, add the mushrooms and sauté briefly. Stir in the garlic paste and soy sauce, and sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes to absorb the flavor.

Slice the red cabbage into strips, grate the carrot, and place them in cold water for freshness and crunch.

Heat the pulled beef and gently stir it with spicy Zik Zak. Add a little more soy sauce.

Steam the pastries for a few minutes until they become soft and fluffy.

In each pastry, add a layer of cabbage and carrots, then pulled beef, and top with mushrooms.

Tip

Serve with sriracha or chipotle mayonnaise for a light spiciness.

Serving

Add coleslaw salad with an Asian twist (e.g. cabbage + mayonnaise + rice vinegar + wasabi).
