Ingredients
500 g young potato
20 ml olive oil
3 g coarse salt
1 g Ground black pepperPreparation steps
Weight for 4 portions – 1.4 kg
Brush the ribs with honey BBQ sauce and bake at 200 °C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the ribs from the oven and brush them with sauce once more. Then return them to the oven for 5 minutes.
Season the potatoes with salt and olive oil, then lightly sauté in a pan.
Tip
You can use other BBQ sauce flavors from the range of Podravka sauces, depending on your taste.
Serving
For a more aromatic flavor, add a sprig of rosemary before roasting.
