Baked beans with tomatoes, vegetables, and eggs

Ingredients

800 g Baked beans 200 g Carrot cubes 200 g Pea 30 g Tomato sauce 5 g Finely ground vegetables

150 g egg

8 g fresh chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1.4 kg

In a pot, mix the roasted beans, carrots, and peas, add the tomato sauce and Vegeta.

Add the eggs to the center of the mixture along with the chopped parsley, and add salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 °C until the eggs are set and the surface turns golden brown.

Tip

Cherry tomatoes or diced red bell pepper on top enhance the visual effect.

Serving

Male portions of cooked couscous or rice can serve as a neutral base under the beans.
