Baked ribs with BBQ sauce and coleslaw salad

Ingredients

1000 g Spare ribs 200 g Classic BBQ sauce

Coleslaw salad

250 g green cabbage

150 g red cabbage

80 g carrots

70 g Mayonnaise to spread

100 ml yogurt

10 ml apple cider vinegar

1 g salt

2 g sugar

0.5 g Ground black pepper

Brush the ribs with classic BBQ sauce and bake at 200 °C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the ribs from the oven and brush them again with BBQ sauce. Then return them to the oven for another 5 minutes.

For the coleslaw salad, grate the cabbage and carrot. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, yogurt, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar.

Add the cabbage and carrot, mix well, and leave in the refrigerator for at least 15 to 20 minutes for the flavors to meld.

Tip

You can use other BBQ sauce flavors from the range of Podravka sauces, depending on your taste.

Serving

You can serve the sauce on the side in a bowl.
