Salmon and avocado ceviche

Ingredients

500 g fresh salmon

200 g purple onion

150 g green peppers

200 g dried tomatoes

150 ml olive oil

200 ml lemon juice

400 g avocado

80 g lime peels

Weight for 4 portions – 0.9 kg

Cut the salmon into cubes and add dried chives, chopped onion, bell pepper, and sun-dried tomatoes. Season, mix in olive oil and lemon juice, and gently stir everything together.

After that, add the diced avocado and gently combine.

Press the mixture into the mold, place tapioca and sprouts on top for decoration, and sprinkle with grated lime zest.

Serving

It is not necessary to mold this appetizer.
