Chicken with ajvar filling

Ingredients

800 g chicken fillet

50 ml sunflower oil

20 g Wheat flour

100 ml cooking cream

Chopped parsley leaves 8 g Vegeta Fine blend

Salt and pepper to taste

Filling

50 g egg

15 g Bread crumbs Žito

10 g Vegeta Natur garlic pasta 60 g Mild Ajvar

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1.6 kg

Make a slit along the entire length of the chicken fillet and marinate it with a mixture of finely ground Vegeta, salt, and pepper.

In a bowl, place the ajvar, garlic paste, breadcrumbs, and egg, and mix everything together. Using a piping bag, fill the chicken with the prepared filling.

Roll in flour and fry in fat. Add water, add demi-glace sauce, and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Finally, add the cooking cream and briefly bring everything to a boil, then serve.

Tip

You can fill other types of whole meat with the stuffing in the same way.

Serving

Serve potato dough croquettes or baked mashed potatoes as a side dish.
