Vegetable soup is ideal as a base for various vegetable soups, sauces, and risottos, enriching dishes with the natural flavors of vegetables.

 

It can also be used for cooking vegetables, pasta, or as a liquid for preparing fillings.

 

Preparation instructions: for the desired number of servings, weigh the appropriate amount of soup concentrate, add it to the corresponding volume of boiling water, and stir. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes.

If desired, add chopped parsley, pasta, or vegetables to the soup.
