Powdered mix for preparing cream with coffee and vanilla flavor
The preparation of this Italian specialty is made easier with this product, which, in addition to skimmed milk powder as a protein component, contains edible gelatin and milk proteins.
Preparation instructions: Add the powder to cold milk and mix at medium speed for about 5 minutes.
Use the cream immediately to prepare Tiramisu slices or Tiramisu dessert. The freshly prepared cream can be decorated as desired and served in glasses.
You can replace the total amount of milk for preparing the cream with water and Dolcela whipped cream 5+ in a 50:50 ratio. The cream prepared this way can be frozen/thawed.
