Powder mix for preparing chocolate-flavored cream
Contains as much as 20% cocoa powder. Additionally, it contains only vegetable fats and reduced-fat cocoa powder, while proteins are present in the form of edible gelatin and skimmed milk powder.
Preparation instructions: Add the powder to cold milk and mix at the highest speed for about 5 minutes.
Immediately apply the cream to the base for cakes or pastries and shape as desired, then place in the refrigerator for one hour and decorate.
You can enhance the chocolate flavor in the cream by adding melted dark chocolate or cocoa powder, and you can enrich it by adding rum sugar or prosecco.
For an even richer and firmer cream, replace one-third of the milk with Dolcela Šlag 5+. The cream is suitable for freezing/thawing.
