Vanilla cream with coconut

Ingredients

Base

100 g moist chocolate muffin sponge 100 g Lino Lada coconut

Cream

100 g Delux white cream 135 g Vanilla cake cream

600 ml milk

50 g coconut flour

Preparation steps

Weight for 8 portions – 1.1 kg

Mix the crushed biscuit with Lino Lada coconut and spread it at the bottom of the glasses.

Mix the cream powder and cold milk with an electric mixer on the highest speed for 3 minutes, then add the coconut flour and continue mixing for another 2 minutes.

Using a piping bag, fill the glasses with cream, chill, and decorate as desired (coconut, sauces, fruit, whipped cream).

Tip

You can also use other types of biscuits to prepare this dessert.
