Tuna, apricot, and avocado tartare

Ingredients

500 g avocado

250 g tomatoes

120 g luka

80 ml soka limete

120 ml olive oil

250 g Apricot compote 400 g Tuna chunks On request Ground black pepper

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 1 kg

Chop the avocado, tomato, and onion finely, then season them and drizzle with a little lime juice and olive oil.

Mix and layer at the bottom of the mold. Add diced apricots from the compote and layer pieces of tuna on top of them.

Cover with a thin layer of lime zest and drizzle with olive oil.

Serving

Serving in a mold is not necessary.
