Tuna and potatoes spread

Ingredients

50 g Mashed potatoes

250 ml water

230 g Tuna chunks in vegetable oil

100 ml olive oil

15 g Vegeta Natur pasta leek 15 g Vegeta Natur garlic pasta 10 g Vegeta Natur pasta basil On request Chopped parsley leaf 50 g Mild Ajvar

By taste, salt and pepper

Preparation steps

Weight for 4 portions – 550 g

Add the potato flakes to salted hot water, whisk well, and let it cool.

In the chopper, place mashed potatoes, tuna, olive oil, onion, garlic and basil paste, parsley, ajvar, salt, and pepper.

Blend everything into a creamy spread and place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Tip

You can serve the spread in a bowl or as cold small bites.

Serving

Spread the spread on each slice of bread, and garnish with pieces of fresh pepper and/or sprouts.
