Sweet millet with nuts and dried fruit

Ingredients

180 g Golden Field Corn Porridge

800 ml milk

8 g Vanilla sugar 10 g Cinnamon sugar

25 g toasted almond flakes

25 g orange core

25 g fried hazelnut

25 g raisins

25 g dried apricot

250 ml Whipped cream 5+ 100 g Apple filling

Weight for 10 portions – 1.25 kg

In cold milk, add millet, vanilla, and cinnamon sugar, and cook on low heat for about 25 minutes, then cool.

Coarsely chop the nuts, and dice the dried fruit, then add everything together to the cold millet.

Finally, add the plant-based whipped cream and apple filling, then mix. Decorate the dessert with fresh fruit, nuts, or whipped cream.

Tip

The dessert can be vegan if you replace the milk with any plant-based drink.
